But having confidence in yourself gives you the ability to not care about rejection. You'll understand that it's not a reflection on you and it's just that everyone isn't meant for each other. So if you don't know how just say you don't know how instead of assuming just cause you don't then it's the case for everyone on the planet and in turn it's not possible.

beyond even attraction i think it's also about the approach and the awareness. Ok for arguments sake maybe you cannot build attraction but the ones who are attracted to someone will be attracted to that person regardless. Most people aren't aware who is attracted to them. Most people don't know how to approach the ones attracted to them. Most people will do stuff that's intuitively that really works against them. Or even most will do more than necessary, taking the long road on something that can be done quicker. These factors on their own is enough for someone to try educate themselves.
