I'm assuming people just picking there top 5 and not what was actually the biggest and hottest singles

Otherwise U can't touch this and Gangsta's paradise should be 1 and 2 respectfully
I think its more so about trying to figure out that middle ground between what was hot and was quality at the same time

It’s best. Not biggest or hottest.

Ah ok, that changes things a bit, but I'd still keep GP and Hammer, probably Warren G then everything else is kind of a toss up.

90's was really good for that middle ground of commercial and "real" or street.

That's the thing about these things bruh... I thought this was the Coli :mjlol: Threads like this always make me think it's the Billboard website. nikkas be hangin' everything on sales and how popular something was like they don't trust their own ears.
That's the only measuring stick they have due to the fact that if you don't go by sales you have an east coast bias:troll:

:yeshrug: I just hopped in because it said the top 5 hiphop singles of the 90's. If it said the best, or your, my answers would be different.

The top had me thinking the most popular or hottest of the 90's.

Not to mention that every single song on this poll was huge amongst hip hop heads.
I could see the argument if he had "Iced Down Medallions" on there or something :prodigylol:
