Only semi-main differences were in the ep, a big ghosty hand came out of the tower doors when they opened.

They skipped a lot of dialogue. And changed some little parts around. For a 25 minutes anime, I wish they'd kept strictly to the script or added somethings to it.

They did skip the dialogue between Yuri and Evan before she stops Bam from going in the tank. Everything else seemed on point in the first episode. I was happy with pretty much everything so far. Even the art seems exactly the same as the webtoon.

Season one art (in the webtoon) was pretty rough. I think the anime is an improvement on the artwork of the early chapters but they kept it closer to the original style than the current one which is a lot nicer visually.
