Zimmerman was monitoring his neighborhood on a rainy evening when he first noticed Trayvon walking behind a row of homes on his way to his father’s apartment. Zimmerman called the police to report a “suspicious guy” — the kind of complaint Zimmerman made routinely in his role as neighborhood watchman.

can you imagine your child being killed only 210feet from your front door? and then you find out because 8 hours after he didnt come back from the store you report him missing. and then you get a call he died only 210 feet from your house and you had no idea.
thats so fukkd up and sad.
Zimmerman is going to play this defense card like a good poker bluff.
he knows the law well because he's a wannabe vigilante. the way he handled that night was in its self a fukkd up hero act on his part. he says he shot in self defense during a struggle but in all honesty if you look at his blood drips on his head, it looks like he stood over someone to shoot him. they may have fought but i think zimmerman pulled the gun out and scared him with it. 3 of the witnesses say they heard a young voice whining and then the shot.
something went down. noone "whines" when scrapping maliciously.

This incident was a case of, 'When keeping it real goes wrong', on both Trayvon and George side. I'm blac;k I tell my black friends that this is not the case to get all black panther about. It's not against the law to follow someone,it's called harrassment. Perfect world, you suppose to call the authorities. Once you decide to lay hands on someone, well, now you see the results. George will get off, but will lose the civil case (money). Its lose-lose for everybody. Trayvon is dead and if george goes to jail, he's a deadman; if george is free, he's a deadman.

I fear for the fallout of race relations if/when George Zimmerman gets off...

...it may get real ugly.

The funny thing is, based on the law, I can't even argue with Zimmerman getting off...the case was handled badly by the cops/prosecutors from day one...THEY fukked shyt up more than anybody.

Even if it goes to trial, there is enough reasonable doubt for Zimmerman to get off. Dude probably killed a kid in cold blood because he decided to racially profile, and he's gonna get off...I wonder how the fukk this dude is gonna sleep at night or look at himself in the mirror.
