That probably was gonna be the OG plan. but they rushed it for Netflix and since then it's like they don't have a direction.

That's why I say that the product felt different after the Netflix debut. If RAW was still on cable, all those matches (Roman/Solo, Rhea/Liv, Punk/Rollins) would have been saved for WrestleMania. But they wanted to have this huge, era-defining show at the start of the year and it wasn't even worth it.

I then thought Drew made the most sense to face Roman after the Netflix debut, but they dropped that quickly and now, Drew's in the mid card again. A lot of guys (and girls) got hot last year and they were cooled off this year.
