the trophy system on ps4 sucks

why does the ps4 trophy system not coinside with the game at all? For instance GTA gives you a bronze, silver, or gold for each mission you complete. So why not give us a fukking gold or silver or bronze trophy for each mission wouldnt that make fukking sense???????????????????????????????/
