got the president out there telling everyone passing the tax cut will create more jobs and higher wages as companies reinvest all the repatriated funds
tax cut passes but includes taking away deductions that middle/upper middle class taxpayers grew to love
tax cut passes and companies buy back shares driving stock market to record levels, portfolios explode - top 10% cash out as they own 84% of stocks
stock market corrects, economy now suddenly doesn't look so hot but we will continue to bear brunt of the tax cuts
we will enter a recession, companies will go out of business, people selling homes.....and guess whos waiting in the wings?

ive been looking for over a year, working with a realtor. he said that spring is when everyone puts their shyt on the market because no one wants to buy during the winter. starts getting warm out and you can do the open houses, etc

im in the northeast, so maybe it's a snow thing that doesnt apply elsewhere. but in a month or two you'll prolly start seeing more properties
then again, that also means more competition. but i think between now and 2020, theres a lot of uncertainty with the dotard's instability making everyone nervous
