Use some common sense. If 60% isn't reported, how the fukk would they know?? Even if you're going to claim rape was 'reported' somewhere else and they didn't go to the police, that idea alone casts a great shadow over whether or not it even happened. You were born with a brain-try using it.

Do you realize how many people are shamed out of reporting rape to the police?

I'm not saying women don't falsely accuse men of rape. I'm not saying it's not devastating to men's lives when they do. I'm saying this doesn't happen nearly as much as people are acting like.

Do you realize how many rapes don't even go reported? And how many rapists don't get convicted? The FBI lists "unfounded" rape claims (which includes false claims) at around 8%. That's just of the rapes that actually get reported.

How are you so sure of the veracity of this statistic? If a rape is outright unreported, how are you so sure that a rape even happened? Do you just take these people at their word? You seem to do that an awful lot, despite even when statistics dictate otherwise. So why should I believe that an unreported and unproven rape even happened? This is how the propaganda of "rape culture" ingrains itself in the culture. People don't ever ask these questions.

First off, I think that's bullshyt. It's feminist propaganda. In reality, I think rape rarely goes unreported. And again, if it's 'unreported', then how do you know that it occurred?
Dude, don't get it twisted, rape is VERY REAL and like most crime, it goes under reported. Tragically, it's far more common than many people realize. There are predators out here, man.

It still doesn't make sense that someone can claim rape goes unreported on what hand, yet not be able to provide how they came to that conclusion on the other hand. If you went out today and punched a random woman in the face and fled right after, do you think that woman is going to call the cops? Of course she is. So why would rape be the ONE crime that people (namely females) just won't report? It doesn't make sense, mostly because it's not true.

One of the most startling aspects of sex crimes is how many go unreported. The most common reasons given by victims for not reporting these crimes are the belief that it is a private or personal matter and that they fear reprisal from the assailant.

http://www.crimevictimservices.org/page/sexassault/76

Based on survey responses for the years 2006 to 2010, the BJS report estimates that 52% of all violent crimes, or an annual average of 3.38 million incidents, go unreported every year, including 211,000 sexual assaults and 507,000 aggravated assaults. From 1994 to 2010, the percentage of serious violent crime—rape or sexual assault, robbery, or aggravated assault—that was not reported to police declined from 50% to 42%.
