My father taught me to be a critical thinker, friend. So unless I conducted the survey myself, I'm not just going to blindly believe the numbers :mjpls:

I wont believe it unless I was there watchin or nikka got a rape face:steviej:....not cuz I want to but for proof:whoa:....you will sound like a azzhole for sayin it but a lot of young women out there just want attention and will make up a story about a phantom rape,or being verbally and physically abused for no reason just to get the sympathy that comes along with it since they aint hurtin nobody:yeshrug: how are they to know science and the law will use that shyt as real statistics....they just wanna be called words like "strong" and a "survivor":mjlol:.....so we gotta take time out more to :salute: the women who don't put themselves in positions to get raped for real, and those who don't stay with men who verbally and physically abuse them or do shyt to get abused....yall strong too:banderas:....yall survivors too:banderas:

We gotta stop usin all the positive reinforcement and words for women who make it through bullshyt and struggles they got theyself put in in the first place:manny:....then maybe young dumb women wont feel the need to be fake victims.

A couple of things. For one, unreported rape, means that the rape was not reported to the authorities, but was rather reported in investigative studies. Inferential statistics were used to quantify the numbers associated with "unreported rapes" through sampling. Thats the way statistics work when investigating populations (rape victims who dont report the crime)

Now you just established that rape is a huge accusation, where the burden of proof can be very difficult (her word against his). That supports the idea of why there are so many unreported rapes. Rapes can often be a complicated matter, where there was a certain element of trust involved that was violated, and where women will have to account for and answer questions that are problematic and embarassing: such as "why were you drunk", "why were you alone with him", "explain your sexual history". These burdens are in addition of dealing with people who will automatically shame her as being a liar, slut, whore, idiot, etc...who wants to go through such an ordeal? Sometimes the men have status and clout that a woman fears to challenge, or they may even be nice guys who just snapped because they were drunk and horny. Again, this supports the idea of why there are so many "unreported rapes". There is definitely a built in support system for rape.

False rape accusations are quite problematic, but I can tell you from personal experience that I was personally involved in TWO situations where if I didnt physically intervene, the women in question would have surely been raped. Just by pure statistics, a woman has far greater concern of being raped, then a man has of being falsely accused. I responded to you because I find your contributions to the board lucid and reasonable, and Im telling you that your views on this matter are bordering on pathological and you really need to step back and assess what you are saying in this thread.

He's trying to say women don't report it because they're too scared to report it. Which, if true, doesn't really have much relevance, because it doesn't mean that all of these rapes automatically happened anyway.

"It doesn't matter that women didn't report a crime that did happen because there are women who didn't report a crime that didn't happen." :what:

God damn, you're like a FOX News pundit.

Listen, nobody is saying unreported rapes don't happen. But nobody's word is enough for me to label a man a rapist.

1. How do you not even bat an eye at women who were unwilling to reveal the alleged assault to serveyers yet hesitant to reveal it to LAW ENFORCEMENT?

2. How can you say that my views are pathological? I'm not a woman hater, but I deal in the rational. NOBODY's WORD alone is enough for me to accuse someone else of a crime. A rape charge could ruin a man's life, I don't care if the chick is mother Teresa, if the only thing she can bring forward accusing someone of rape is her word (and hers ONLY) then she hasn't brought forth enough proof :yeshrug:

You do know how these "investigative studies" were conducted, right? And how the findings and statistics were eventually heavily skewed in order to serve the agendas of the people propagating the lies that followed?

Well, you're certainly right about one thing. There is a built in support system for rape. It works out more for the women, though, and it is a system that is really, really easily abused. That's why there are safeguards there to keep it from being abused. Rape is a difficult crime to prove but it is also a very easy crime to accuse someone of. In fact, an accusation can easily ruin someone's life, as it is usually just automatically assumed that the woman isn't lying to begin with. How am I so sure of this? People just assume with little to no evidence based on "investigative studies" that people are getting raped at this huge of a rate. This is, of course, after the stats are fukked with in a way that would serve these people's agendas more easily. There are lots of women that will throw out accusations in order to look like less of a slut and not take responsibility for their own actions. The safeguards are necessary and the lack of them would mean abuse of rape laws.

False rape accusations are quite problematic, but I can tell you from personal experience that I was personally involved in TWO situations where if I didnt physically intervene, the women in question would have surely been raped. Your anecdotal evidence means nothing here. I can't believe this is such a hard concept for people to follow. In addition, just because one problem is bigger than another, that doesn't mean that the other doesn't exist at all in a huge way. Abuse of the justice system happens all the time at this level because people that are petty and selfish seek to hurt those they might not otherwise be able to or to cover their tracks and play themselves out as some sort of victim after a sexual escapade.

Jesus, you cannot be this stupid. I'm not going to assume a crime happened if there is no evidence and there is no report.

Breh....once again you are proving the point on why unreported rapes happen. If a girl feels like she is raped, and all she has is her word against his, then she understands that she is facing an uphill battle in terms of proving her accusation. This is on top of the insults and shame she is bound to receive if she goes forward with prosecution, and the extended problems that will arise w/ mutual friends, family, and the idea that she is "ruining his life". Its a complicated issue in many cases, and many women reach the logical conclusion that adding more trauma on an already traumatic situation is not worth it. Victims blame themselves, and or rationalize being raped, and conclude prosecution aint worth it especially considering burden of proof.

If you want to surmise that most of these women are lying in the surveys that produced "unreported rape" statistics, then whats the point of proceeding here?

:beli: Wouldn't it make sense for a woman to "ruin his life" and put him on blast if he put her through that intense of a psychological episode? I guarantee you that for every person that gets angry with her for putting it out there, there would be at least two who would be there supporting her.

I find it odd "embarrasement" can be used as such a popular reason as to why so many women don't come forward and say they were raped....But that same emotion of "embarrassment" is shot down as a reason as to why so many women COULD possibly come forward and claim they got raped when really they just got played and humiliated:mjlol:...people just make the assumption "no woman would go that far:whoa:"....stop seeing your mothers, sisters, daughters in these women brehs....you don't got a clue how far ALOT of these women will go:mjpls:...men are as responsible as "feminist" by underestimating women and seeing them as docile, innocent, fragile beings that could never go that far....its a lot of men who have gon to jail, got lynched, electracuted, jumped, name dragged thru the mud all becuz a lot of regular men and men on the police force have that "no woman would go that far if it wasn't true:whoa:" mindset

Exactly. People keep saying that women feel like it's not worth it to come forward because there would be no conviction and just lots of pain, but there are lots of women out there willing to draw blood over some petty shyt.

I would also like to take the opportunity to point out, again, that nobody has really countered the analysis of the lies put out by feminist rape statistics that I put out before.

Breh, I respect your posts, so please dont play me with this idea that Im some naive idiot who draws my opinions from a far fetched, comical, and incomplete view of the world. i could easily counter that you are eschewing hard evidence and common sense, and relying on a warped view of the world where every woman is a scheming gold digging bytch, wannabe basketball wife, loudmouthed irrational feminist, and every man is a docile innocent harmless being who is a victim of their inhumanity. I arrive at conclusions based on experience, both scholastic and personal. Respect mine, b, and respect views and experiences that counter your own. Im done here. You niccas can have the last word.
