It amazes me that there are Black women still relax their hair. Why? Especially when you can have beautiful locs like the lady in the video. Locs are so beautiful.

Hair perming or how a woman wears her hair period is a completely personal decision. She ain't holding u down slapping no perm on ur roots so live and let live.
Do u go around slapping cheeseburgers, cigarettes and alcohol out of ppls hands or dragging fat ppl to the gym ? Do u go out giving condoms to dummies who have non monogamous unprotected sex ? I knew it destroyed their scalp, didn't know it absorbed in brain matter tho. Natural is best, but if they must straighten it - what ever happened to the hot comb? If you are going to go down that road it makes more sense to just use the modern day hot combs. I know some white women use the modern hot combs too.
