Well by the technical definition black people can be racist but going by the coli definition only a few powerful whites can be. If using the coli logic no blacks can't be racist though.

Some black folks have some ignorant sweeping generalizations of certain groups/races and can be pregidous, but as far as having a system behind us to support black supremacy , we do not.

The actual definition in most places don't say the systematic part at all that's why I made the distinction. I think we all know that that's why I say it depends on how a person is looking at the word IMO.
