3:09 mark:

Rev Billy Kyle: "I moved out of the way so 'he' could have a clear shot."

Apparently, everyone NOT wearing a tie on the balcony was in on the fix:

:ohhh:
.

I was having a discussion with my boy about the MLK's assassination when he started dropping some bombshells .. I figured that he had been setup, had heard the rumors about jesse being involved along with 6 other unnamed black coconspirators. I just didbt know about that video and some of the other evidence..

Motel. Ole Dammegard fully credits Dr. William Pepper with the basic research for his conclusions.

Jesse Jackson: Orders from FBI to the Dixie Mafia chief resulted in Jesse Jackson going to the Lorraine Motel to change Dr. King to Room 306 on Lorraine balcony

Ole Dammegard demonstrates that Jesse Jackson acted as a messenger between the head of the Dixie Mafia (the FBI-CIA’s contractor for the King assassination), and the Lorraine Motel in changing Dr. King’s Ground floor room 206 to 2nd floor balcony room #306 so that US Army sharpshooters and other cabal shooters would have a clear shot to Dr. King. Jackson got the message via a covert phone call from the Dixie Mafia chief’s wife to a third party, with instructions to change Dr. King’s Room to Room 306.

Jesse Jackson publicly refused Dr. King’s order to wear a tie, secret US Army sharpshooter target code

On the day of the assassination, Jesse Jackson along with his co-conspirator police-CIA operative Rev. Billy Kyles, were the only one of Dr. King’s key inner circles not to wear ties, despite Dr. King’s public reprimand and argument with Jackson minutes before he was shot that he should change into a tie, which Jackson vehemently refused. The US Army sharpshooters and shooters involved in the King assassination had been issued orders to “only shoot people wearing ties,” which included Dr. King, Rev. Andrew Young and possibly Rev. Ralph Abernathy (Dr. King’s presumed successor). This refusal by Jesse Jackson to wear a tie immediately prior to the assassination is probable cause that Jackson was part of the assassination team and adhering to its secret code of no ties for conspirators.

Well yeah...

It was proven in civil court that MLK was assassinated by the USA Government...had a trial and everything...

A civil trial isn't as concrete as a criminal trial...since there is a lower standard of proof but...it's something...

After four weeks of testimony and over 70 witnesses in a civil trial in Memphis, Tennessee, twelve jurors reached a unanimous verdict on December 8, 1999 after about an hour of deliberations that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. In a press statement held the following day in Atlanta, Mrs. Coretta Scott King welcomed the verdict, saying ,

There is abundant evidence of a major high level conspiracy in the assassination of my husband, Martin Luther King, Jr. And the civil court’s unanimous verdict has validated our belief. I wholeheartedly applaud the verdict of the jury and I feel that justice has been well served in their deliberations. This verdict is not only a great victory for my family, but also a great victory for America. It is a great victory for truth itself. It is important to know that this was a SWIFT verdict, delivered after about an hour of jury deliberation.

The jury was clearly convinced by the extensive evidence that was presented during the trial that, in addition to Mr. Jowers, the conspiracy of the Mafia, local, state and federal government agencies, were deeply involved in the assassination of my husband. The jury also affirmed overwhelming evidence that identified someone else, not James Earl Ray, as the shooter, and that Mr. Ray was set up to take the blame. I want to make it clear that my family has no interest in retribution. Instead, our sole concern has been that the full truth of the assassination has been revealed and adjudicated in a court of law… My husband once said, “The moral arc of the universe is long, but it bends toward justice.” To-day, almost 32 years after my husband and the father of my four children was assassinated, I feel that the jury’s verdict clearly affirms this principle. With this faith, we can begin the 21st century and the new millennium with a new spirit of hope and healing.”
