I think most times refs are just on some fukk shyt on their own accord. Refs are human, they have families who are fans of certain teams, they may like or dislike certain players or their attitudes, probly all comes into play when they ref a game.

I think all sports are fixed. Not by the players/coaches/gm's, but by using the refs. Like there's holding on every down, but why call it here? You can call a foul nearly every possession, why now?
I think the blatant ones they call mass majority of the time to show people rules are enforced, but they'll dish out very questionable small ones that add up over the long haul that ultimately affect the outcome of the game/half.
Sometimes though they can't stop somebody in the zone.
