:mjlol: Ken Dorsey didnt get an invite. Cant talk about his pro days but he put in work at The U.

prolly my favorite UM QB of all-time. never had a great skill set, was rail thin, had a weak arm and couldn't move. but i'll be damned if his IQ wasnt off the charts. didnt turn the ball over, got the rock to the playmakers and let them ball.

Kill Kill Kill
Murder Murder Murder

imagine the fake outrage if they tried that chant today:ooh:

No one can tell me that The Great Bobby Bowden and The Mighty 'Noles dont deserve a 30 for 30:manny:

Nah

We were the most successful team of the 90s and played in 5 National Championship games from 1993-2001.....we should eventually have one as well as USC, Ohio State, Notre Dame, & Alabama.

Miami did deserve the 1st one, but I'd like to eventually see some others as well:manny:

FSU had a great run in the 90s, but they do 30 for 30's based on a specific era, season or game where some truly outlandish shyt was going down. the U worked because it took place during the scarface era in south florida where drugs, sex, money and sports reigned. lot of people who aren't even football fans are fascinated with that stuff, that's one of the reasons why the first one did so well.

I agree. It was perfect....and I HATE Miami, but I was watching like :ohhh:

I think Bobby Bowden's story of taking FSU from nothing to something is deserving of it's documentary. That's why I said a story on "Bobby Bowden and the Mighty 'Noles", rather than just the Noles like the Hurricanes 30 for 30 was. Before Bowden got to FSU, we were garbage (except for the Bill Peterson years, but even he didnt have the same dominance as Bowden did at FSU):manny:

Im not saying that it has to be done NOW, but somewhere down the line, I'd like to see it. We already had one on OSU with "Youngstown Boys", so imo, FSU/USC/Notre Dame should be next

:ohhh: That was one of the dopest docs ever, you cant hate on it whether you like the U or not.

Them 30 for 30 docs were so big when they aired on ESPN UK, they had people coming into my boy's New Era store in London asking for Hurricane fitteds off the strength of a team almost 20 years old :leon:

Ready for part 2 and the 2001/2002 teams.
