All the blame needs to be placed on Jackson state, they couldve simply gave him 1 mill a year and make sure his staff is straight and im almost certain he wouldve stayed.

What's the upside on his current job? Not saying he'll ever make 5-9 million a year, but if you have the chance to forever change the trajectory of HBCU athletics programs, I might stay off the strength of that.
