You don't know enough. I grew up in the 80's and we still had banks, butchers grocery stores, etc in Harlem, and elsewhere. We lost our focus, as Jason Black says, "for interracial sexual access," and squandered our earnings for the most part. What equity we had left in our homes, what should have been generational wealth, was lost in 2008.

We have not recovered- AND WE WONT- unless we stop being so fukking nice and get our head in the game. Ain't no fukking "we'll see." We getting it or we not.

The US Constitution itself makes a very clear distinction between natural born citizens and naturalized ones. For instance, the prohibition on naturalized citizens from becoming the president. By definition, this is a second class citizenship.


So no, You do get to pick and choose. Furthermore it's a lot easier for a natural born citizen to prove their citizenship because a county can very easily verify their birth. It gets very murky for naturalized citizens because it depends on which government entity certified their citizenship and how well-kept and readily accessible their records are. Due to understaffing at USCIS, it can take months and hundreds of dollars to get a verified certificate of citizenship or certificate of naturalization. And this process is different if your claim to citizenship comes from the State department passport system, or from the military. All of these steps are exponentially more complicated and time-consuming than for a natural born citizen.


The day a natural born citizen is detained by ICE is the day that your arguments become valid. Before then, they are just suppositions and are irrelevant to FBA/ados

In his defence, he only knows his Mexican side of the family (as implied by his previous statement to you about where he is from). So like I said before, anything he says should be sent through the lense of considering him a Mexican, not Black American. Once that is done, you will see his position is perfectly logical for him, because he really only identifies with them, not us. His Black side is just a convenience he uses to argue to us about not supporting his Mexican side.
