Moore's Law tells us any Earth-bound group developing this kind of tech would be unstoppable in the current year. And you think some super secret group of scientists were locked in some bunker without any of this ever leaking out? To be fair, this is the first time in us history that the government has been this forthcoming about UFOs. Some, me included, see this as a first step toward disclosure. I don't think people truly appreciate or comprehend this. If intelligent life exists and has visited earth it means they are significantly more advanced than us. The technology it would take to travel here from billions of stars away would be staggering and potentially break our understanding of science and physics. Which is why I don't buy the idea that we have seen alien craft. Why assume their craft would even be visible or comprehensible to us? I'd be more likely to believe that they'd be like the aliens in 2001 A Space Odyssey: invisible to human comprehension.

They may be from different dimensions as opposed to 10 million light years away. Also, they could use portals or wormholes. Some theorize they can just pop in and out and they use technology that is more conscious based (i.e. they don’t build shyt like humans do, they have evolved the ability to think things into existence). Good points, but the Navy is saying the videos should not have been released. Elizondo apparently did some trickery, released the videos, and then it was too late. That’s the official statement. What really happened, who knows. I tend to believe it’s all calculated. So the Deputy chief said maybe 2 videos, if not all, were authorized for release.

But the people that leaked it said it was specifically authorized by the navy... ok
