I kinda felt this way years ago until I found multi user dimensions to occupy my free time. Ended up making internet friends and learning from them as well as Randoms that I actually didn't have it anywhere near as bad as other people.

Met one chick we ended up sexting and at one point she told me her dude would literally kill her if he found out, but that's was her kids dad so she just dealt with physical and verbal abuse.

Another chick I talked to more and she I guess had so little going on that she would have a fit if I didn't contact her for too long or if I was online but not also replying to her messages. When I eventually told her she was doing too much she said she would delete herself and sent me a picture of a needle of some unknown fluid (she was in the medical field) and like a day later she said the big I'm sorry and said how her friends and family were mad at her and then she wasn't online anymore. I still believe she really did exi.t herself too

I had to distance myself from the internet for a while after that, but I learned that a lot of people were doing worse than me and I actually had more mental fortitude than I thought.

But now after saying all that, that's prolly bad advice kuz internet interactions are straight up poison nowadays. It's always somebody that got it worse tho. Can't forget that
