I remember i had to get bloodwork done at the VA and this “brotha” talking to people with an attitude had to stick me with a needle. Bruh stuck me in the arm like 3 time and missed the vein while I’m bleeding. Im looking this nikka dead in the face like while he’s scrambling trying to stop the blood.. and he was acting hella c00nish before it too

These nikkas today wanted me to wait another hour for my prescription and i was just like “mail it to me”. Its not even about the wait either, it’s the incompetence

I was having chest pains and I went to the doc, indian doctor asked me three times if I smoked weed and I hadn't smoked shyt my entire life at that point, then he told me it was all in my head and I am having anxiety, didnt wanna hear what I was trying to say, I'm convinced some Indians scam their way thru med school

So I said fukk you I'm getting a second opinion, went to white lady, she actually took the time to listen to me and told me I probably had inflamed cartilage from lifting weights, told me to take aleve extra strength twice a day. Two days later and I was good

My boys dad had VA 'Benedict's and tricare. Last May he went to the VA for some pain in his shoulder. That was May 2018. In 4 months he had 10-12 visits. Finally in September 2018 he went a sought another provider. Stage 4 cancer. He died early January of this year.

Thats a fukking shame.....

Yeah. Auto correct changed it to benedicts but he had VA benefits plus tricare. The supposed combo was supposed to be the best. Like whatever he needed he could get, whatever doctors and all that.

They fukked him around, he got 1 test with another provider and they were like stage 4. He could've had a fighting chance if the VA didn't fukk around with him for 4 months.

There may be a VA advocate in your area that will handle all your claims and paperwork. You won't even have to deal with the VA. You just have to pay them a fee to get started

Now this is a real ass thread. The VA has always been bad, but since Trump has been President it just down right sucks. I am convinced that many of the VA employees handling claims don't even bother reading the fugging files before denying benefits to veterans and beneficiaries.

There are also a lot of free advocates that can help you in VA matters. So before you pay an organization to help you, it would probably be wise to take a look around; because there are lots of organizations that will do it for free. The VA also keeps a running list of organizations, but I don't know how up to date the organizations are or what they assist Veterans in doing so check with the VA and they can give you more information. True. Sometimes it's too late. It's too late now since he's gone but the secondary care providers were strongly alluding that earlier detection (the first time he felt pain) could have made him live longer and get treated.
