The problem is that there are far too many of these "15 year old children making poor decisions" in the black community. The dumb men are usually thrown in jail around this time, forever destined to be a slave in the Presidential industrial complex, while the women are left to procreate with as many micsreants as possilbe. Its sad and a HUGE reason for the dysfunction in the black community, whether you want to believe it or not.

I wish blacks would stop promoting this fukk shyt about how we lack family values. Absent fatherhood is primarily a problem in high-poverty areas where police have arrest quotas to fulfill, and there aren't any jobs.
What does any of this have to do with developed minds? Mamba was trying to conclude that Black women as a whole possess brains that are undeveloped because those in the lowest economic rungs of our community are socially conditioned to fail...
If we want to address the impact of poverty and racism on our community, lets do it... I am down for healthy conversations on those issues... Don't try to diminish a Black woman's importance and intelligence by dismissively stating we are underdeveloped... no one is hearing that bullshyt
