So I’ve just devoured a huge kfc meal
and according to MyFitnessPal it totalled 1500 calories. So within 15mins I’ve eaten 1500 calories and yet I’m still hungry. I could eat another 1500 calorie KFC meal right now if I had the chance.
I usually eat healthy. For example my morning breakfast is a smoothie full of spinach, avocado, protein powder, peanut butter, nuts and fruits which according to MyFitnessPal is around 1000 calories.
Once I’ve eaten this, I can go at least 8hrs before I get hungry again. it’s incredible how the junk food even with more calories which is supposed to be filling does no such thing whilst the healthy food does that. No wonder there are so many fatties in this country if this is the kind of food they eat daily because they’re constantly hungry.
