now that the game has become international athleticism isn't the end all be all.

Most of these international hooper come from sports foundations/cultures highly influenced by SOCCER.

You have to understand that the NBA is reffed and legislated in a way that caters to Euro play... They have been working towards this for at least 20 years.... There is a reason that American pro players could put a team together at the 25th hour and dogwalk Euro players for the last 3 decades....
