Just had an infuriating experience during my visit to NYC with some Arab folks and it’s not the first time. Got into it with these gift shop owners near Times Square. My girl wanted to get something for her parents. We go in there and immediately we get one of the Arab dudes over there who wants us to use a basket and asking us what size shirt we want and trying to pick our goods out for us. First thought was oh just nice customer service. But the. I thought it was odd that he is over there like he is keeping an eye on us and want to know what we’re doing. Also notice none of the white folks in the store got the same “treatment” or had a basket. But I’m thinking maybe I’m paranoid, but as we walk around and make our way to the counter, another worker was staring us down from afar. Sort of cement what was going on for me. Then at the counter, the woman cashier was talking up the white woman in front of me and said the bare minimum to us when we got to the front.
At this point I wanted to play it cool and not mention anything to my girl because I didn’t want to make her upset. But afterwards when we left, I was steaming hot the more I thought about it. Finally told her and she was like let’s just return it and get our money back. As we walked back in the bytch at the counter was looking at us sideways. Told her we wanted to return and then she spitted out “no refunds”. Brehs I really wanted to spit in her face but not trying to get arrested. Asked to see the manager and said he was at home while scowling at us . Called her a “fukking c*nt” and told her bullshyt. Had to take this L as I wasn’t trying to get arrested. But when I see a breh maybe tearing up these folks stores and getting at the workers on viral video sometimes I totally understand. If I had less restraint I would be tearing their shyt up.
Wish I told the bytch “she had to go back” and “MAGA” to be petty.
I’ve had the same experience with Hispanics and most Arab groups. I’m sorry brehs I think I’m racist.
The black and “brown” alliance is a lie. We’re all we got folks. If these fukkers all get deported I’m going to be honest, my heart doesn’t bleed too much. I’m only against it on a principle level and to avoid a slippery slope I know will hurt black folks. Otherwise I wouldn’t give a fukk.
