lowlife is amazing, reminds me of that Might Not track in the best ways. Weeknd still handing these rappers ready made hits. :wowie: Future kinda drags the song down. I can see this jawn getting the Gifted/I'm Good/In Vein where you listen to the first verse and the hook and cut that shyt off afterward.

Or wait for youtube come through with that weeknd only version.

:blessed: the only artist where I'd seek out rapper-less versions of their music

I never said he did but Drake is the star on WATTBA.
Da fukk :what:

EVERYONE said that wattba sounded like a future album featuring drake.

Matter fact, I remember the general consensus being that it sounded like left overs from DS2, which was a monster album.

Drake at the time was just getting over being exposed to the fact that his last album wasn't written by him. ( though he did destroy meek for the exposal)

Future was blowing up and hasn't hit his peak yet

Let's not forget that the weeknd is credited for alot of take care, drakes best album, weeknd said he gave drake all the best shyt he had for his album and drake left him hanging, that's what drake does, he jumps on something bubbling and tries to take credit for it blowing with him on board.

I'm not saying that drake wasn't the reason it went plat, his fans most definitely helped out in that regards but they thought they were buying a drake and future album, but really they got a future album featuring drake. Just look at how out of place and wack 30 for 30 sounds, while jersey fits right in with the rest.

It's weird to me seeing people using Weeknd to go against Drake when I saw Weeknd live last year and he said this verbatim

"Without Drake there would be no Weeknd"

They are trying to put any and everybody against drake after he demolished meek mill.

It used to be Kendrick but even they couldnt convince themselves of that so they are riding with the next star.

Let them cook
