I hate this dropped now

No LA for me, no trips, no lounges, no luxury anything at the moment, just stuck in the house

When "Behind The Madness" dropped, I was in Beverly Hills, Louboutin store on Robertson, SLS hotelm Bazaar

When Starboy came out I just stepped off a flight from Spain

When My Dark Melancholy dropped I guess I wasn't anywhere that cool, I was in LA just after though

Now, I'm in home confinement lol

This makes me want to hit a 5 star hotel spot, in SD, it's a luxury resort hotel, like a country club, with a date, it's my favorite place to go out, and the whole state is inside.

People will disagree, but the 80's synth tracks plus stuff like the title track are the perfect maturity of an artist, Weeknd has always done a good job with that though.

Too Late is very good, (years ago Weeknd said he thought about making an album without real lyrics, like "Lonely Thoughts" in Eriteran kind of verses.

I like Hardest To Love, Scared to Live is light, like the throwaways from BBTM, Snowchild is reworked "Tell Your Friends", not that impressed.

Escape From La, not feeling, will go back

In Your Eyes, after Blinding Lights is pretty fire, when he gets in that 80's synth pocket, I think it works perfectly. And the jazz, what a beat.

Save Your Tears sounds straight out of and 80's romantic comedy, and that isn't an insult

The up tempo, more relaxed tracks are working way better for me

Don't see a link, but it's a track from 2016, that was released with some other cutting room floor stuff, he doesn't really have any lyrics, it's just like words slurred together, but you can get the emotion.
