Introverts simply are drained from too much social interaction. While extroverts are energized from socializing. Just because introverts are quiet doesnt mean its due to shyness or social anxiety. Those traits arent exclusive to anybody. Think of introverts as a wireless Xbox controller and the extroverts are a wired Xbox controller. That being said stage fright is a very common thing, shyt I always get nervous when I had to do presentations and even when I did open mic stand up few times.
