That's what i was saying, the RIAA counts albums twice or in this case 3 times for its certifications. Nielsen Soundscan is the basis that Billboard gets it sales data and it is ACTUAL sales. RIAA and Soundscan are two different systems and Soundscan figures aren't used in RIAA certifications........
