Various statements condeming Israel this past week from establishment political figures from Dems, European leaders, mainstream news outlets, who previously have supported Israel's genocide and spread their propaganda. Something has turned. I don't think any of these people care about what's happening in Gaza. It's largely empty words, far far too late. But the realities of the atrocity are undeniable now. The weaponization of anti-semitism no longer works. There is no justification that can be made that doesn't make you look like a psychotic mouth drooling Zionist. They're trying to cover up their complicity in the genocide, for the history books, for The Hague. I pray I see everyone who allowed this get what they deserve.

These politicians knew what was up, and knew what the fallout would look like. Hell, they probably had timelines in place years ago for the amount of people dying of starvation before starting to finger wag Israel.
All they're doing is getting their alibis in order so they are not prosecuted or that history looks back on them and they are not totally genocide enablers, their history record and context will be controversial and disputed rather than clear cut cowardice in the face of crimes against humanity.
