Haiti has to historically be the most fukked with country. They can't do shyt without getting fukked by outside forces. It's ridiculous.
There are hundreds of Haitians in Tijuana now, building their own communities, and struggling to survive, they are not, by any accounts causing problems, or committing crimes. They are waiting for visas and access to the US, that will likely not come under this admin, which is a humanitarian crisis, confounded with hundreds of Central American immigrants applying for asylum, fleeing extreme violence in El Salvador, and Honduras.
