Great film with heart. Deserves the praise it gets. In some way, reminded me of Iron Giant.

One thing that irritated me was the overuse of “kill” and “death” words used. Movies targeted for kids should stay away from using those words too much.

Seeing the west coast under water tho.

I hope this movie gets the Oscar for best animated film. Inside Out 2 is good, but I enjoyed this one more and it’s not a sequel piggybacking off the success of a previous film. Plus Pixar has enough Oscars. Get off the Mouse’s dikk for a year.

They can easily show the reality of how nature eats each other without actually saying it. “Show don’t tell” is a common critique for screenwriters.

Showing one scene regarding death off screen isn’t the same as constantly using it in dialogue. Yall like to make new arguments not even the same.
