Great film with heart. Deserves the praise it gets. In some way, reminded me of Iron Giant. :ehh:

One thing that irritated me was the overuse of “kill” and “death” words used. Movies targeted for kids should stay away from using those words too much.

i get what you saying...but on the other hand, i kinda liked they didn't sugarcoat it like many kid related things do

They can easily show the reality of how nature eats each other without actually saying it. “Show don’t tell” is a common critique for screenwriters.
I think I understand what you're saying. So, you don't have an issue for movies like Bambi and the Lion King being for young children, correct?
