I agree with this. This is in part due to payola Samsung is giving these cell phone reps to con people into buying their garbage phones. Apple usually presells their phones to these manufacturers as well, thereby behooving these cellular companies to unload their excessive iphone stock to avoid huge write downs. Hell, they even conned my sister who is a Verizon customer into buying a fukking GS3 just 2 months ago for 2years WITH CONTRACT. There is no fukking way a sales rep with any common sense would recommend that phone to anyone when far superior alternatives on both Windows phone and Android exist.

The cell phone reps are part of the of the problem trust me.

I have 2 zune MP3 players. My zune 120 is on the way to get fixed. I'm I hate iPods, mainly, due to the iTunes software doubling up your mp3 library and how the organize music.
