Dukie wasn't a fiend til the final stages of the series with the arabber...... He actually went to school, even tried to get a job.
Wallace ended up using and snitching, just cause he couldn't deal with the drug game...... Dukie lived in a shythole with no running water, fiends/drunks as parents and pretty much fended for himself for years before he just gave up and started using

Went back and re-watched season 4 and 5........ Snitchin Randy 
Not only did he snitch on the boys who were fukking the girl in the bathroom, when he was about to get in trouble for being the lookout offered up to snitch on like 5 different people before he even brought up Lex getting bodied by Chris and Snoop.

The only stand up thing he did was let Prez know that Michael was living in a fukked up situation and was taking care of his brother by himself.
