Can't really compare the two. They're both great but damn near polar opposites.

"The Witcher 3" focuses on story/dialogue primarily. The game play is fine but basically it's just there to service the writing.

"Dragon's Dogma" writing is ass but it's so god damn fun it doesn't matter. And the 2nd half of the game (Everfall/Bitterblack Isle) is one of the best gameplay pivots in history.

I'd say they're equal.
