Get mad for not being part of every got damn thing that blacks create, but fail to mention The Wizard Of Oz didn't have a single black person in it.

Get mad at your corny ass The Wizard of Oz because it lacks flavor and entertainment and try to flip the scrip because you couldn't come up with something as creative as The Wiz.

Be mad because our Dorothy is beautiful as fck and can perform.

Be mad because you couldn't make money off it.

Be mad because it wasn't catered to white people.

I ain't racist but this damn entitlement that some of these whites have is beyond belief.

I couldn't get into it. I mean, i liked it. but i love "The wiz" with Diana and Michael better. maybe I'm being biased because of the nostalgia.

That's how my parents were with the Wiz movie they could never get into it because they'd seen the Broadway production first.
Especially Diana Ross as Dorothy, at age 34
Vs Stephanie Mills in her late teens, and with those pipes...

So they actually liked this better since its closer to the original musical.
