I know this ain't in the Root and all, but damn where is the coli pro-black, support black contingency at?
nikkas c00nin it up trying to act like the OG wasn't a black classic.
Alot of them pseudo black excellent cats are on their phones trying to buy some backpage puzzy or cop some mid grade weed to solicit some Instagram chick who is getting turned up in the club on a Thursday.....

Thinking about the little black boys and girls watching The Wiz right now puts a smile on my face. If they ever put it out on Blu-Ray, I can see myself buying a copy and showing it to my daughter years from now. Positive representation is oh so very important. Think about the kids inspired to become theater performers and singers tonight. Loving this.

Good post, though. I agree totally, I hope this generates more kids' interest in the theater and arts.
I got this on a split screen with the GB vs DET game. Couple things:
- Common is TERRIBLE...at least in this he was.
- Shanice Williams is talented.....and shorty is from Jersey. #standup
- Mary did very well, at first I thought she was gonna blow it like Common, but she came through
- Black excellence in general
