meh :ld: Wolverine outside of the X-Men story plots has always been pretty shaky. Looks like they're basing this on the 1980s limited series issues

I was never really into his comics like that unless he got his scrap on with the Hulk or Sabertooth

They should have done the Jason Bourne plot....Wolverine as a Weapon X experiment gone wrong with other specialized Weapon X agents and the government trying to take him out.

It would have been far more entertaining that way

:yeshrug:

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion I guess.

So :salute: for expressing such an unpopular one.

Wolverine, Spiderman 3, Xmen 3 are the worst. Add Ironman 3 to that mix now too.

Naw he lost it with the lame nerd part :heh: if you like it you like it but trying to say everyone else is corny for not liking those half ass movies :pacspit: to him !!

yeah when he wasnt fighting sabretooth (or teaming up with) Deathstryke, Omega Red or Cyber, the stories got kind of meh, I for one was digging the stories after he got his adamantium skeleton ripped out and you found out he had bone claws, the issue where apocalypse put him and sabretooth in a death match as to who would be his horsemen was epic, him throwing down with creed and Hulk at the same time was :ahh: HULK def should have been a horsemen

Modern wolverine is kind of boring to me :whoo: they sanded down his rough edges and now he occasionally gets interesting things like killing hank Pym or dakken but other than that kind of mehh

Trailer looks :ehh:

But, I'll watch regardless, because it's X-Men :yeshrug:

Seeing the Asian chick with red hair playing Wolverine's sidekick, makes me ponder why didn't they make her Jubilee, and finally introduce her into the hit-and-miss bloated Xmen movie franchise :scusthov:

I look forward to First Class 2, because the first one was piff :ahh:

Hugh Jackman Reveals That Bryan Singer BANNED Comic Books From The Set Of X-MEN

By bigscore - Yesterday, 05:07 PM - The TV and Movie Spot

We already know that Bryan Singer failed to pay much attention to the source material during the making of X-Men, X-2 and Superman Returns, but check out what Hugh Jackman had to say to about him BANNING comic books on the set of the first movie

ComicBook.com have posted an excerpt from Hugh Jackman's interview with EW about The Wolverine, and the Academy Award nominated actor revealed a very interesting story from back when he was first cast as Logan by Bryan Singer for X-Men. The director apparently banned comic books from the set of the movie as he didn't want the actors to be influenced by them instead of the script for the movie. That explains a lot. Regardless, the cast still managed to find a way around this as the comics secretly found their way around the set ("Through the trailer door would come comics," the actor recalled). It was in fact during the production of this movie that Jackman read Chris Claremont and Frank Miller's Wolverine series that the upcoming solo movie is based on.

I remember back in the day I had this wolverine comic I think he died for a little while or some sh1t but I remember it was like a direct reference to the vide for "I wonder if heaven got a ghetto" when this scene came on (plus scenes were shot in the first person)

What if the scene after the credits is sabretooth? or it plays out like the end of fast 6, "you knew my mother you dont know me but in time you will, my name is Daken!"
