HPV can be spread by genital skin-to-skin contact, which includes oral sex and genital touching. Lesbians get HPV just like everyone else. Most will not even know that they have it and it can go away based on the strain. The difference is how it affects men vs women. HPV shows up in women on the cervix which can sometimes turn into cervical cancer. In men it clusters in the throat and can possibly lead to throat cancer.
