That video is so classic. There's a lot of 7's and 8's in that video and lowkey that might be what I loved about it. It really felt like a fly hood event, not some fantasy shyt with fake models.

At the time though they were dimes though. That was before video budgets exploded and the quality of the models went through the roof.

I see what you’re saying, but it’s not completely true. Hype Williams was already a fixture in the game by 1995, Bad Boy was officially Bad Boy by then, the Mr. Smith album had dropped (along with the videos for Hey Lover, Doin It and Loungin)... the game had already changed.

Wu just did their own shyt, which is why everyone fukked with them.

Those chicks were bad. Around the way chicks. I'm always curious about video chicks from the 90s and early 2000s. I wonder how they look now, are they married, etc. These chicks were probably in their early 20s in this video so if they had daughters the daughters would probably be early 20s themselves now.
