I've been saying this for years.

Chase and tackle people like barbarians around a field for two hours for millions of dollars with millions of people watching.... Then be calm and classy when asked a question 60 seconds after the madness....

Well "What they do" is play a barbaric GAME infront of stadiums filled with screaming shirtless alcoholics....

So lets keep that in mind before we form our expectations of appropriate professional behavior...

Pummel and get pummeled for 3 hours and behave like a refined gentlemen immediately thereafter brehs.

It's just like when women say that a guy is a dog...after they have given him the p*ssy. :heh: If class or acting like you have been there before were that important then players who embody those things would be the biggest stars. Instead it's the arrogant @ssholes who get all the acclaim, money, and endorsements.

Can't have it both ways. You can't hype games up as "wars" and relish in rivalries and then say a guy is out of line for getting too turnt.
I'm pretty sure Brady manning Lebron Kobe all the "biggest stars" don't act like that. If Lebron got on the mic and said yea I just want to say Tim Duncan is old and a bum
Nobody would like it and he would get ridiculed.

But they would still support him and he would still get broke off. It's just like after "The Decision" everybody wanted to shyt on him but they tuned in to record numbers to "The Decision" itself and the ratings for the NBA went up.

Brady is the same guy ran up on Ryan Clark lookin like a damn bobblehead he was talking so much shyt after throwing a TD pass and he's also the same guy that ran up on refs and cursed them out on national TV following a close loss. Real classy breh.

Kobe said he's disappointed that the younger guys don't talk trash because he loves to do it and the more vicious the better.

Yea, but LeBron isn't a renowned trash talker either. Its not in his personality. Sherman talks shyt like it's his job. He has a very high motor personality. Seems to be a very emotional dude, probably why he excels at his craft. Its not that every athlete has to get crunk after the game, but if they do, it shouldn't be a problem. Thats how he celebrates, so be it. It was certainly personal for him.

Breh, Kobe one of the most arrogant people in sports when he's on. There's no question about it. Watch that playoff game against Houston when he shytted on Battier for 40 minutes. Dude was talking major junk the whole game.

LeBron was dancing all in the video during blowouts.

Brady screaming at everyone win or loss.

Peyton is the only dude I've seen be so detached during or post game and that's why he's one of the most boring superstars ever.

Talking trash in the game is fine to me. Getting on the mic and shytting on players has always been ho-like. No issue with self promotion. But shytting on players and they're not there to defend themselves? Ho.

No it's called respect for what you do everybody plays hard and there will only be one winner even though your better at that moment you always pay homage because you never know when you'll be on the other side. IMO

He went right to Crabtree after the play and told him about it. There is clearly something personal between them. He won so he got bragging rights. Crabtree probably would've had some words for him and America had he made a play on that ball and the 9ers won. If he went at some Tim Duncan ass nikka on low-key squad that would be one thing but it's not like Crabtree and his 9er brethren are low key and humble.
