The very reason France played like trash in the group stage is because Deschamps built the team so we could counter the top teams (Brazil, Germany, Spain, Belgium etc who are all possession oriented teams) with speed and quick link ups up front while having a strong defense and midfield. With the skillful players we have, we should be able to control any game but we simply can't because this is not our strategy. It's embarrassing that an Argentina team with old ass Masche and this dude Perez is having more possession than us

A part of secretly hope we don't win this WC (if we can) so we can get Wenger or Zidane (or even Blanc back) after Deschamps.
