In Zimbabwe the order was support every Sub-saharan team until the 2nd round and then move on to Brazil because it was successful and had black players. My fathers' generation like Liverpool because of John Barnes and even when they got dethroned by Man United they still retain support. Barnes is not spoken of as much by the English, when he came down to Zimbabwe there was some excitement.

That goal against Brazil is wheeled out at every given opportunity.
