For those of you who don't watch MLS, MLS refs always:
a) miss obvious calls
b) treat things that are obvious yellows in other domestic leagues as no-calls
c) sometimes treat obvious reds as no-calls
d) let the game get out of hand and then way too late give out a flurry of yellows, some excessive, to try and re-take control of the game
Beating the shyt out the other team's best attackers is a common successful tactic in MLS because refs in MLS do. not. give. a. fukk.
So yeah, if you're still confused about why the reffing is so bad, there it is.
