Thing about your first touch is that it's very hard to work on when you get older. It's something you really need drilled down when you're much younger
Yeah. When I used to train youngsters, I made sure they worked on their first touch daily. That’s the equivalent to having a good jumper, without it your game is so limited.

That’s first touch is invaluable when you’re a striker.

Lukaku could be the #1 striker in the world if he worked on his first touch. Apart from that, his all round game is perfect. He’s top 5 without a doubt.

Build up/hold up play vs a parked bus isn't great, isn't aggressive enough and has so so movement. Looks great in open space, but he should be rag dolling CB's like Costa and D Diddy did. Close his space and doesn't look as effective.

Whilst I don’t disagree with their sentiments for doing so, where do you eventually draw the line on making political statements? I understand and sympathize with the players but you let one group make political statements, you can’t pick and choose who can say what afterwards.
