Senegal just could not finish. They did well to get the ball outside the box, ran into spaces, controlled the ball well.... But once they got in the box they were clueless. Couldn't get on the end of any balls, couldn't finish, didn't trouble the keeper, and that was their downfall.

No African teams in the knock out rounds. The continent needs to get it's shyt together for the next world cup. Truly disappointing.

YOO WTF Senegal was tied with Japan in every aspect. the only reason why Japan went through is because SENEGAL HAS 2 MORE YELLOW CARDS than Japan!

it is what it is. african talent is in a dry spell right now. in the naughts there were so many african players around that i wanted playing for arsenal. these days it's basically just koulibaly, naby keita and aubamayeng (and he was born and raised in france) that i really rate.
