They still have at minimum Euro 2020. I think it'd be between them and France in terms of talent by then. Edge to France.

WC 2022 is kinda up in the air. Guys like Hazard, De Bruyne, Mertens and Lukaku would be approaching late 20's. If they keep fit they should be good
