Belgium has French, Dutch and German as official languages. Lukaku spent at least 5 seasons in England, so he learns English there. Lukaku's mother tongue is Lingala, a language native to DR Congo. Spanish and Portuguese are very similar, so if you learn one of the two then you'll have significant knowledge of the other.
