Just looked up what became of him.
After misspending what was a paltry pay-out, and having become toxic within football, a years-long descent into alcoholism and depression followed. He hit rock-bottom on the 16th anniversary of the Bosman ruling in 2011, a drunken row with his then girlfriend and her daughter resulting in a suspended prison sentence for domestic violence and a court order to clean himself up.
Now unemployed, Bosman has just had all his benefits withdrawn and is relying on hand-outs from the world players’ union, FifPro, to put food on the table.

1) Brexit (Brussels is the seat of the EU). It'll be Europe versus England.
2) Belgium's national team learned their trade in the Premier League. They'd be playing against their team-mates and weekly rivals. It'd almost be a derby.

France vs England would be so much better, with a sound defeat for England of course. I predict 5-1 France.
This whole coming home BS is corny as hell and screams of self entitlement and undertones of white supremacy colonialism. When is England associated as a home to the game? In which alternative dimension when one thinks of introducing the game to a person who is ignorant of it do they say: "Watch the England national team be it present or past years."
