Underrated choice here. They just....for whatever can't get it right
Illinois
Breh i couldnt even acknowledge that shyt. We talking about 2-10 and 0-12 teams, and theyre adding teasms coming off consistent bowl berths, recent bowl wins, and ZERO LOSSES THIS YEAR. If they said michigan state it would hold more weight, they just coming of 3-9 at least.Man we winning games period, that removes Michigan and Georgia from the discussion, the question isn't who's won more ships in the recent years, its worst program.yes you all won, but winning a chip is as tricky Chinese arithmetic, lot of shyt gotta go your way, but nikkas act like it's been sunshine and lollipops since the last one Pete won

It hasn't. Those Lane Kiffin years were some of the most cluster F**** of seasons filled with shenanigans. Matt Barkley was suppose to come back and get us back to the promised land, that year he came back for his senior season we were # 1. ( obviously didn't end up there) and even though we are " winning games" and undefeated right now, I think the media and even Trojan nation are iffy on the team right now.
However, since 81 or 82 all those wins UGA has accumulated, at the end of every season they have nothing to show for it, same for Michigan, at some point or another the fans gotta want more then just winning games and being talked about, like they are some bosses. So far as major programs are concerned to me they are the worst. even though the Lane Kiffin years were trash, we still got ranked @ # 1 has UGA or Michigan even gotten that?

Washington State:
2013: 6-7
2014: 3-9
2015: 9-4
2016: 8-5
2017: 4-0
Oregon State:
2013: 7-6
2014: 5-7
2015: 2-10
2016: 4-8
2017: 1-3

surprised nobody mentioned Syracuse.
I would have to say it's a tie between UGA and Michigan. There is so much woofing coming from the fans of these 2 teams and they literally have not done crap for DECADES. The way they talk you would have thought they were winning championships left and right
uconn puts our NFL talent every year in the draft, they seem to have a pretty good program despite that conference there in.Because they're not. They won three bowl games in a four year span. Split the Big East Championship and were a couple percentage points from playing Florida in the Sugar Bowl instead of Louisville.
Marrone left and instead of paying for a coach, the school went cheap and hired Shafer who was worst than Greg Robinson in that he not only lost games but couldn't recruit. For all of Robinson's flaws, he had NFL talent in Syracuse. If Nancy Cantor didn't get in the way, Greg would have had Colt Brennan leading his offense instead of Perry Patterson.
Dino Babers has Syracuse on the right track. They're recruiting at a level Marrone wasn't even doing. Last year and this year is going to have expected growing pains. They should have beat LSU.
The worst D1 programs are:
- Kansas
- Illinois
- Rutgers
- UConn
