Is the goddamn install/update times….I opened my XSX today and set it up but goddamn I can’t play half my games or browse the fukking store cuz EVERYTHING needs an update….this is bullshyt. I miss the days of plug and play, I can’t even finish GotG yet cuz it’s been upgrading all fukking day

Even with my consoles on rest mode I still run into games that haven't updated all the time.

People used to joke about consoles becoming PCs but y'all are basically already there. Its why I think MS was smart to focus so hard on connectivity acros platforms and software. One or two more generations and we'll probably be at modular pick and choose hardware.

Facts. I just feel like next gen has been hyped to the point that you would think we’re past these issues. I expected a snappier experience for the price I paid, so far it’s been marginally better than the Xbox one.

between gigabit internet and always leaving my shyt in rest mode, I’ve been lucky enough to not spend a lot of time updating shyt.

The worst thing about this gen is publishers releasing unfinished games for $70 because "we can just patch it later". Now devs release shyt with the bare minimum in it to rush for a certain release date and then patch the shyt for months to be playable.

I actually don't have this issue as mines update on it's own in sleep mode.

Get a PC and decide to play COD MW and be greeted with a 80GB update
